BSO Oosterhonk

BSO Oosterhonk is located in the Oost district, just outside the centre of Ridderkerk. We are part of childcare organisation SKR and provide before-school, after-school and holiday care for children aged 4 to 13. Children attending De Wingerd primary school are welcome; new registrations for children from De Rehobothschool are no longer possible. Our spacious, open and cheerfully decorated group rooms are organised into three horizontal age groups. Each room offers plenty of space for arts and crafts, construction play, imaginative play with dolls or cars, table tennis, or simply relaxing with a book. We regularly cook together with the children and organise fun group games. For outdoor activities we have our own large playground filled with outdoor toys. We also make grateful use of the adjacent playground with climbing frames and a football pitch. Weekly visits to Oosterpark and the children’s farm allow the children to run free in nature and meet animals. BSO Oosterhonk is open during all school holidays for holiday care. We offer a varied programme of excursions, sports and games, creative workshops and relaxation. There is always plenty of room to simply lounge with a book. At our place, there is always something to experience!
