BSO De Meertuin maakt deel uit van Kappio en is gehuisvest in Kindcentrum De Meertuin aan de Koningin Beatrixlaan 1 in Slootdorp. De buitenschoolse opvang biedt plaats aan maximaal 22 kinderen van 4 tot 12 jaar. De locatie is sinds 11 augustus 2021 ingeschreven in het Landelijk Register Kinderopvang. De BSO is gevestigd in een nieuw, energieneutraal gebouw dat ook onderdak biedt aan openbaar basisonderwijs en peuteropvang. Het kindcentrum ligt aan ruime schoolpleinen en voetbalvelden, wat veel ruimte biedt voor buitenactiviteiten. In december 2024 werd het centrum getroffen door een brand waarbij de BSO-ruimte beschadigd raakte; na herstelwerkzaamheden is de locatie weer volledig operationeel.
