BSO De Koebel

BSO De Koebel is located on our farm at Zuiderweg 2 in Assendelft. We provide after-school care for up to 24 children aged 4 to 12. Our educational vision is simple yet effective: plenty of outdoor movement and hands-on experiences in nature and with animals. Children are given the space—literally and figuratively—to be themselves and to learn at their own pace. Our pedagogical staff approach every child in a positive, individual and respectful way. The farm setting offers endless opportunities to play, explore and learn: caring for animals, gardening, running through the fields or simply enjoying the outdoors. We create a safe and familiar environment in which children can develop to their full potential. We use horizontal groups so that activities match the age and developmental stage of the children. During school weeks and holidays we offer a varied programme, always centred on nature and animals. Fruit, bread, drinks and snacks are included in the price. BSO De Koebel has been registered in the National Childcare Register since 1 August 2014 under number 146937600 and is supervised by the GGD Zaanstreek/Waterland.
