De Kleine Wereld IKC Frankendael

Welcome to De Kleine Wereld IKC Frankendael! We are located in the heart of the Transvaal district, at a unique location on Laing's Nekstraat 44 in Amsterdam. As part of the Integral Child Center (IKC) Frankendael, we work intensively with IKC Frankendael primary school to provide complete and safe after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. Our BSO is specially designed for children from Frankendael school. After an intensive school day, it's time for relaxation, play and movement. We offer a varied program where children can choose from different activities. In our gymnasium they can be actively involved in sports and games, while our cozy clubhouse provides space for quieter play and creative activities. The school playground serves as our outdoor space where children can play freely and maintain social contacts. We believe it's important that children feel at home with us. That's why we cook a warm meal every day, so that parents can pick up their children with full stomachs after a long working day. Our pedagogical staff are ready with personal attention and guide the children in their social and emotional development. Our BSO is open Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM. We work closely with the school, ensuring a smooth transition from school to BSO. The children remain in their familiar environment with familiar faces, providing peace and security.
