De Kleine Walvis

De Kleine Walvis is a small-scale after-school care facility (BSO) located at Holendrecht 57 in Abcoude. We provide care for a maximum of 4 children aged 4 to 12 years. The location is part of the Walvis organization, which operates multiple childcare locations in Abcoude. Since May 16, 2013, we have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 890576518. Our BSO focuses on providing a safe and familiar environment where children can relax after school and play with peers. Due to our limited size, we can offer personal attention and respond to the individual needs of each child. We work closely with primary schools in the immediate vicinity of Abcoude, including the Christelijk Nationale Basisschool Abcoude which is located only 195 meters away. This makes dropping off and picking up children easy and safe. At De Kleine Walvis, we believe it is important that children feel at home and have the space to develop at their own pace. Our pedagogical staff are ready to guide children in their play and activities, based on the child's world of experience.
