De Kleine Kunst - BSO Het Palet

Welcome to De Kleine Kunst – BSO Het Palet, located at Haarsweg 91 in the centre of Ommen. Four afternoons a week we provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 who attend primary school Het Palet. Our team welcomes the children straight after school in a homely space that we have set up together with the school. While fruit and a cool drink are already waiting, the children can catch their breath on our soft sofas before we start the afternoon programme. Every day we offer a varied programme in which every child can discover and develop their talents. We sing and dance, paint and build, go on treasure hunts in nature or work together on big projects. Our activities are always focused on fun and development: children learn to cooperate, think creatively and discover new things while playing. During the school holidays we run a special holiday programme full of outings and extra workshops, so that a day at De Kleine Kunst is a party even then. We work closely with OBS Het Palet and tailor our activities to what the children have experienced at school that day. This creates a continuous line between school and after-school care. Our pedagogical staff are ready to offer the children a safe and challenging place where they can be themselves and where there is room for both relaxation and adventure.
