De Kameleon

Welcome to BSO De Kameleon, part of Kindcentrum De Kameleon located in the Muntel/Vliert district of ’s-Hertogenbosch. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13. Our location is organised by age, so children can always play with their classmates or friends. We work in partnership with Kanteel, who manage the before-, after- and holiday-care services. After school, our focus is on relaxing, playing with friends and discovering new things. One day it might be a game, the next learning how to take beautiful photos, followed by an exciting boxing workshop. Every day is different, and the children help decide what we do. We regularly run special workshops, from photography to drama and from nature to technology. Children have a real say in what they do. We also occasionally organise larger events, such as a summer day or football tournament, together with other Kanteel locations. Our pedagogical staff plan activities together with the children. Your child can choose whether to join in—nothing is compulsory, almost everything is allowed! We offer quiet corners as well as energetic sports sessions, so there is something for everyone. We regularly use various rooms in the building for workshops, and both the outdoor space and the local area are important parts of our programme. BSO De Kameleon is open Monday to Friday after school until 18:30. During holiday weeks we are open from 07:30. In the holidays we organise fun, exciting and varied activities, and because we have the whole day we can plan outings and activities that are not possible during term time. Before-school care is also available from 07:30, and lunchtime care is provided between morning and afternoon school sessions.
