BSO De Fontein

Welcome to BSO De Fontein, our welcoming after-school care centre in the heart of Enschede. We are located on the ground floor of Christian Primary School De Fontein at Elshofplein 7. From here we provide care for children aged 4 to 13, with room for up to twenty children each day. Our doors open as soon as school ends; from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM our pedagogical staff are ready to welcome the children. At KOSMO De Fontein we believe children should have every opportunity to play, discover and learn. We offer a homely atmosphere in which every child can be themselves. The rooms are bright and inviting, set up with corners for crafts, building, games and quiet reading. Because we are located inside the school itself, children can walk straight to our BSO after class, providing calm and familiarity. Our Christian identity means we care for one another, celebrate together and place values such as respect and tolerance at the centre. We make room for stories, songs and celebrations that connect with the seasons and with the children’s experiences. Alongside free play we regularly organise activities that match the group’s interests, such as sports and games, creative workshops or nature experiences in the neighbourhood. We also go outside often: the nearby park, playground or a small excursion in the city are all possibilities. For parents, BSO De Fontein is a reliable partner. We work closely with the primary school and align holiday care and study days with the school calendar, allowing you to balance work and family life.
