Welcome to de Bindelwijk BSO van Tante Kaatje, located in the heart of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. Since December 26, 2011, we have provided after-school care for up to 48 children aged 4 to 12 in the multifunctional building 'de Bindelwijk'. We collaborate with all three primary schools in the village and offer daily pick-up and drop-off services. Our pedagogical approach is based on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). We focus on what goes well and clearly communicate our expectations to each child. This creates a safe and positive atmosphere where every child can be themselves and develop freely. Our spacious location offers plenty of opportunities to play both indoors and outdoors. In addition, we organize daily activities such as arts and crafts, cooking and baking, or sports in the gym. Older children are allowed to visit the adjacent library independently. They can also participate in clubs in the same building, such as music lessons, dance classes, handball, or gymnastics. Our team consists of 7 to 8 dedicated and caring educational professionals who work together to provide a warm and stimulating environment.
