BSO De Bezige Bijtjes, De Bijenkorf

BSO De Bijenkorf is part of De Bezige Bijtjes, an independent and small-scale childcare organization in Oploo. We provide after-school care for up to 22 children aged 4 to 12 years. Our location is situated at Grotestraat 3 in Oploo, where we offer children a familiar and safe place after school hours. At De Bezige Bijtjes, the personal approach to both parent and child is central. We believe that play is the most important way children learn and develop. Our pedagogical staff encourage children to experiment, discover, and interact with others. We provide activities that match each child's age, development, and interests. The joy children experience during these activities is paramount, not the end result. BSO De Bijenkorf works closely with schools in the area to ensure a smooth transition from school to after-school care. We pick up children from school and offer them a varied program of activities, while also providing plenty of space to relax and play. During school holidays, we organize special activities and outings that are planned together with the children themselves. Our location is small-scale and manageable, allowing us to give personal attention to each child. We value parental involvement in their child's care and maintain close communication.
