BSO de Beukelseberg – Willem Beukelstraat 151

BSO de Beukelseberg – Willem Beukelstraat 151 is one of seven locations of Buitenschoolse Opvang de Beukelseberg in and around the Watergraafsmeer district in Amsterdam. We provide after-school care for up to 60 children aged 4 to 12 years. Our dedicated team of pedagogical staff is ready every day to give children a challenging and safe experience. We work from three carefully chosen domains: Art, Nature and Movement. Art is central when we engage children in music, singing, dance, drama, drawing, painting, literature and poetry. Nature is our second pillar: we take children on discovery tours in Park Frankendael and let them playfully discover plants, animals and weather. Movement forms the third domain, where we stimulate both fine and gross motor skills through creative movement forms and sports activities. Our location has extensive outdoor play facilities and we make full use of the green surroundings of Frankendael Park. Daily activities are organized that match the children's interests and challenge them to discover new things. We create a familiar group where each child feels safe and is stimulated to develop their social skills, self-confidence and independence. BSO de Beukelseberg is part of Stichting Kindercentrum Watergraafsmeer Amsterdam (KCWA). We work with permanent staff who have affinity with at least one of our three domains. Our approach aims to give children an adventurous and unforgettable time after school, where fun and development go hand in hand.
