BSO 2Acrobaten is a small and welcoming after-school care centre located in the green Morgenstond-West district, inside the Nutsschool Morgenstond building. Children from group 3 onwards can walk to us safely and independently. Our stable team of professional pedagogical staff know every child personally, and with group sizes ranging from 10 to 20 children we can offer plenty of individual attention and a varied activity programme. We run the KICKS programme: a series of mini-workshops and holiday activities focused on sports, nature, cooking, science and creative challenges. Activities include graffiti spraying, Lego building, tree climbing and drama lessons. During school holidays we join forces with BSO 2Maatjes to organise special camps and survival days. Regular excursions take us to the nearby petting farm De Nijkamphoeve, Avonturia bird shelter and Zuiderpark, all within walking or cycling distance. After-school care is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday after school until 18:00; during holiday periods we are open from 07:30 to 18:00. We also provide morning care from 07:30 to 08:30, walking the children to school afterwards. Each afternoon starts with a healthy snack: fresh fruit, vegetables, crackers or bread and something to drink. Children then decide for themselves whether to relax with a book, play outside or join the scheduled activity. Pedagogical quality is paramount. All staff work within 2Samen’s Pedagogical Framework, ensuring every child feels seen and valued.
