BSO Cornelis Vrij

BSO Cornelis Vrij is a small-scale after-school care facility located inside the Cornelis Vrijschool building at Van de Veldestraat 3 in Amsterdam South. We provide care for up to 44 children aged 4 to 12 after school hours, during holidays and on study days. Because we are housed in the school itself, children move straight from their classroom to the BSO without leaving the premises. Our qualified pedagogical staff offer a familiar and secure second home. We work closely with the school’s teachers, so we know exactly how each child’s day has gone and what extra attention they might need. In addition to regular after-school care, we also run the lunch-time care (overblijf) at the school, giving parents a single point of contact for all childcare around the school day. BSO Cornelis Vrij, BSO Vondelpark and the Kinderkookkafé together form one foundation. This collaboration allows us to share expertise and organise activities beyond our own location.
