Club BijdeHandjes - Stadsweg

Welcome to the after-school care (BSO) of BijdeHandjes at Stadsweg 27 in ’t Harde. We are part of Christelijke Kinderopvang BijdeHandjes, a nationwide organisation that has been offering professional childcare based on Christian values for more than 25 years. Our location can accommodate up to 19 children for after-school care. Our BSO is set up as a homely, safe place where children aged 4 to 12 can be themselves. The rooms are bright and furnished with cosy play corners. Every afternoon we start with a shared snack and drink: time to chat about the school day and then choose what you would like to do. Feeling active? We offer sports and games, both indoors and outdoors. Prefer to take it easy? Reading a book or doing homework is also possible. The children themselves decide how they want to spend their free time. We work with qualified pedagogical staff who are ready every day with genuine attention. We sometimes read aloud from picture books or the children’s Bible, sing Christian songs and say grace before eating. All children are welcome, regardless of background. Together with parents we form the BijdeHandjes family: we think along, discuss what your child needs and offer a helping hand where necessary. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00. We pick up children from the primary schools in the immediate area and ensure they arrive safely with us. At the end of the afternoon we take time for handover: we tell you what we have done and how the day went, so that parents and children go home with a smile.
