Welcome to CBS Kindcentrum de Wel, located at Burgemeester Haitsmalaan 7 in the heart of Nijeveen. Our child centre is part of the TrEf Onderwijs foundation and works closely with Plus Kinderopvang to provide a continuous line of care and education for children from 0 to 13 years. For our after-school care (BSO), this means that children aged 4 to 12 can stay in a familiar environment after school hours—right inside the school building itself. Our BSO accommodates up to 30 children and is fully integrated into the child centre. A dedicated childcare professional from Plus Kinderopvang, who already knows the children from school, leads the programme. Activities are tailored to the children’s world of experience and offer calm and structure after a busy school day. Children enjoy playing together, doing crafts, running around in our outdoor area, or simply relaxing with a book or game. We communicate with parents through the Parro app: you can easily see what your child has been up to, view photos, and stay in direct contact with the childcare professional. The app also keeps you informed about holiday care or special activities. Our BSO is open 52 weeks a year, including school holidays and teacher training days. Care always takes place within the school building, so your child remains in a familiar setting. Together with you, we ensure that your child can develop to the fullest in a warm, Christian environment.
