Welcome to the after-school care (BSO) of KC de Heidevlinder Pluskinderopvang, located at Heidelaan 1 in the centre of Zuidwolde. As part of PlusKinderopvang we are integrated in Kindcentrum CBS De Heidevlinder, ensuring seamless cooperation between school and childcare. Our BSO team consults daily with the teachers of CBS De Heidevlinder, aligning our pedagogical approach and activities so that your child experiences a familiar and continuous line from school to after-school care. Our after-school care is designed for children aged 4 to 12. We pick the children up at the end of the school day and offer them a safe, homely place where they can relax, play and discover new things. We work with horizontal groups: lower school (4-7 years) and upper school (7-12 years) are separated, so activities perfectly match their developmental stage. Upon arrival the children receive a healthy lunch and can then choose between quiet corners or active play areas. Our spacious garden and playground borders the schoolyard of CBS De Heidevlinder. Here children can play football, table tennis, build huts or just run around. In bad weather we use the large gym where we do sports and games together. We regularly collaborate with the school on themes such as ‘mud week’, Sinterklaas celebrations, Christmas activities and the school breakfast, keeping the connection between school and care tangible. We are open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:15. Care from 07:00 is possible on request. You can choose from a 52-, 48- or 40-week package. Our rates are transparent and include food, drinks and fruit.
