BSO Careltje

BSO Careltje is part of Kinderopvang KaKa and is located at Kerkweg 20 in Cothen, right next to Carolusschool. Our location provides after-school care for up to 30 children aged 4 to 12 years. We are situated in the large auditorium of the school and also have access to the playroom and outdoor playground. This allows us to offer a safe and familiar environment where children quickly feel at home. Our pedagogical staff work according to the KaKa concept: customer-focused, flexible and with attention for each individual child. We offer both before-school and after-school care. In the mornings we provide a calm start to the day, with opportunities to play or prepare for the school day. After school, a varied activity program is ready. Think of crafts, sports and games, outdoor activities and creative projects. We regularly go on excursions in the area and make use of the nature surrounding Cothen. We work closely with Carolusschool, but are also accessible to children from other schools. Our staff pick up children from school and ensure a safe transition from school to the after-school care. We provide a healthy lunch and snack, taking into account any allergies or dietary requirements. Parents can easily communicate with the group and receive photos of their child's experiences through our app. At BSO Careltje, fun in play and development is central. We offer a warm, homely atmosphere where children can relax after a school day and discover what gives them energy. Our spaces are cozily furnished with different areas for relaxation, play and creative development. We work with fixed groups so that children become familiar with each other and our pedagogical staff.
