Welcome to BSO BuitenSpel at Olympiaweg in Alphen aan den Rijn, part of Junis Kinderopvang. We are the sporty after-school care facility for children from 7.5 years who love to move. Our unique concept is located at Hockey Club Alphen, where we make optimal use of the extensive sports facilities and beautiful outdoor area. At BuitenSpel, sports and movement are central. We organize sports activities three times a week under the guidance of a professional sports coach. Our children discover new sports, play games and make treasure hunts across the scouting terrain. We believe that children thrive best in an environment where they can move freely. Therefore, it is important that children who come to us have a swimming certificate. In addition to our outdoor activities, we also have an indoor space equipped with pool tables, table tennis tables and a football table. Here children can be creative or just relax after an intensive sports day. We provide care on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 14:15 to 18:30 and on Wednesday and Friday from 11:30 to 18:30. During holidays we are open from 07:30 to 18:30. We pick up children from various primary schools in Alphen aan den Rijn. For schools within walking distance, our pedagogical staff pick up the children on foot. For schools that are further away, we use our own (bicycle) buses or professional taxi transport. We also take children to their sports training on our premises. This way we ensure that every child arrives safely and on time with us. Currently we are renovating our location. Until the end of 2025, care will take place at two temporary locations: at korfball club Tempo (Olympiaweg 2) and athletics club AAV'36 (Sportlaan 6). Both locations are fully furnished with our own furniture and have excellent outdoor spaces.
