Buitenschoolse Opvang Woelhonk

BSO Woelhonk is located inside primary school Bleijerheide at Bleijerheiderstraat 125 in Kerkrade. We provide out-of-school care for up to 22 children aged 4 to 12, both before and after school hours as well as during school holidays. Our spacious, newly furnished group room features a cosy doll corner, a creative construction area and various play and reading corners. Children can craft, build, play and relax here to their heart’s content after a day at school. We pick the children up from school and walk with them to the BSO. For parents who start work early, pre-school care is also available; we then safely escort the children to school. Our activity programme ranges from sports and games to crafts and creative projects. During holiday weeks we organise bigger excursions and extra challenging activities, making every holiday a special experience. We maintain a good balance between play and learning, allowing children to develop social skills in a playful way and have fun in a familiar environment. At BSO Woelhonk the well-being of every child is central. We offer a warm, homely atmosphere where children feel safe and valued. Parents can rest assured: their children are in good hands with our dedicated pedagogical staff.
