BSO De Sprong

Welcome to BSO De Sprong, located in the playroom of primary school It Bynt at Molepaed 21 in Winsum. Since October 2019, we have been offering before- and after-school care to children aged 4 to 12. Our location is small-scale and homely, with room for a maximum of 22 children. We work with qualified, permanent childcare staff who give each child personal attention. Our vision is that every child is unique in their behaviour and development. Therefore, we tailor our approach to what the child needs. We value calm, structure and cleanliness, and whenever possible, we take into account the rhythm the child is used to at home. We provide a warm, safe environment where children can relax after a busy school day. BSO De Sprong is open every weekday from 7:00 to 8:30 AM and from 2:15 to 6:00 PM. On Fridays, we start at 12:15 PM, following early school closure. During school holidays and study days, we are open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We work closely with It Bynt primary school, so children can walk straight to a familiar place after school. Our space has educational play materials for all ages and levels. Children can choose whether to join an activity or just relax for a while. We believe it is important that children feel free to be who they are and to develop at their own pace.
