Eigenwijze Kinderopvang

Welcome to the after-school care (BSO) of Eigenwijze Kinderopvang, located at Oberon 17 in ’s-Hertogenbosch. We are part of Kindcentrum Antonius Abt Jenaplan and provide care for children aged 4 to 13. Our location has a capacity of up to 86 children and is designed to offer a safe, stimulating and homely environment where children can relax, play and grow after school. We offer an active and varied programme tailored to the age and needs of each child. Activities are organised around four main themes: sports and outdoor play, dance and expression, creative activities and home-based activities. Younger children (aged 4–7) have their own group at the Matrix location, while older children (aged 7–13) are based at the Sportpark. On Wednesdays and Fridays, all children come together at the Sportpark, walking from school under supervision. Our qualified staff collect children from school and provide an afternoon full of fun and challenge. We regularly organise workshops, excursions and sports activities such as capoeira, djembe drumming and visits to adventure parks. During school holidays, we are open daily from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and offer a holiday programme packed with adventure and relaxation. We believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel seen and valued. Our approach is based on four principles: sharing parenting responsibilities, encouraging participation in group processes, guiding children towards independence and creating a stimulating pedagogical climate. Our location includes a large garden and playground, allowing children to enjoy outdoor play and movement.
