de Wilde Poema

BSO de Wilde Poema is located on the grounds of De Werkplaats Kindergemeenschap at Kees Boekelaan 16 in Bilthoven. We provide after-school care for up to 90 children aged 4 to 12. Our location features four groups, each with its own welcoming space. All groups have access to a play hall, a hut-building corner and a quiet reading nook. After school, children are free to play on the extensive school grounds, which include a small petting farm, a private patch of woodland and a large football field. For the oldest children we have created the ‘Purple Spot’: a place where they can eat independently and relax. We follow the Pedagogical Heart of Kind&Co Ludens. This means we give children the space to feel comfortable and have fun. Only when a child feels safe is there room for development. We give children confidence and space to explore and be curious. For us, play equals discovery and learning. Therefore we actively provide an inspiring and challenging environment. Together we form a mini-society in which we care for each other and the world around us. BSO de Wilde Poema is open during school holidays from 7:30 am to 6:45 pm. We have been registered in the National Childcare Register since 1 January 2012 under number 193760563.
