De Sprong

At BSO De Sprong in Wanroij, children feel at home right away. We are located on the ground floor of primary school De Sprong at Lindenplein, making the transition from school to after-school care smooth and easy. Our spacious group area is divided into different corners where children can choose what they want to do: crafts, building, games or quietly reading a book. We can use the school’s play hall and have a lovely outdoor space with climbing equipment, a football pitch and chill-out spots. We work according to the Spring Actief method. This means we create activities together with the children based on their interests. They can choose to join sports and games, creative workshops or nature and technology projects. For older children (7+) there is a separate group where they can do homework in a quiet setting or play games together. During school holidays we organise a special activity programme. Think of trips to the playground, the swimming pond or Fitland, but also dance, drama or cooking workshops. Once a month we visit De Koffiepot day care centre. Together with the elderly we do something fun: painting, baking cookies or playing games. The children love it and the elderly enjoy it immensely. Our team consists of enthusiastic childcare professionals who know what children need: security, safety and challenge. We are ready to listen and encourage children to try new things. Together we make every day a celebration.
