Octant

Welcome to Octant, a small-scale after-school care facility located at Rode Ring 152 in Assendelft. We are part of TintelTuin and situated within the primary school of the same name, allowing children to move directly from their classroom to a familiar and safe environment after school. At Octant, fun and discovery are at the heart of everything we do. Children are given the space to be themselves, try new things, and play together. We offer a homely atmosphere where personal attention is key. Our pedagogical staff guide the children with enthusiasm and ensure every child feels welcome. We work with small groups, allowing plenty of room for individual guidance and calm. The location is designed to challenge children in various areas: from creative activities to outdoor play. We make use of the school facilities and the immediate surroundings of Assendelft, so children can safely play outside and explore nature. Parents experience our care as reliable, personal, and close by. We are open to questions and happy to think along about each child’s development. Octant is for children aged 4 to 12 who attend primary school. We are open after school, on study days, and during holidays. Together with parents, we ensure children have a safe and enjoyable place to grow.
