BSO de Ark

BSO De Ark is part of Kindcentrum De Ark in Schagen, located at Vincent van Goghlaan 2. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12. The BSO is open 52 weeks a year from 07:30 to 18:30; on request care can start at 07:00. During school holidays we run a varied holiday programme with fun trips and activities. Our qualified staff collect the children after school from the connected primary schools and bring them to our familiar location. The rooms are set up with different corners where children can play freely, build, craft or read quietly. We devote a lot of attention to outdoor play and exercise; in bad weather we use the school gym. We work closely with the schools within the Kopwerk foundation, keeping lines short and ensuring children see the same faces all week.
