Buitenschool opvang De Buitenkans

Welcome to BSO De Buitenkans, located at Leuvenlaan 35 in Maastricht. We are a warm and challenging after-school care facility for children aged 4 to 13, part of Kindcentrum de Kindertuin. Here, children can enjoy playing and discovering in a familiar environment after school hours. Our location features a large playground with a rope bridge, climbing wall, and organic vegetable garden. Children can engage in creative and active play both indoors and outdoors. We offer various activities including gardening, arts and crafts, cooking and baking with produce from our own garden, and sports activities. We also regularly organize excursions to Bergerpark or other nearby locations. Our experienced pedagogical staff ensure that every child can be themselves and receive the guidance they need. We work with mixed-age groups, always tailoring our offerings to the different age groups. After school, children receive a healthy and sustainable snack. During holidays or study days, they also enjoy a warm meal, which they often help prepare themselves. BSO De Buitenkans is recognized and registered, allowing parents to benefit from childcare allowance. We work closely with primary schools in the area and pick up children from school when needed. Our opening hours are flexible, with before-school care from 7:15-8:30 AM and after-school care at various times throughout the week.
