BSO Buitengewoon

Welcome to BSO Buitengewoon at Lotte Beesedijk 1 in Heerhugowaard! We are an active after-school program that collaborates with football club Reigerboys and Heerhugowaard Sport NV. Our location is situated at the Wending, next to the football complex, offering a unique sports-oriented environment for children from 7 years old. At BSO Buitengewoon, we combine sports, play and relaxation in an inspiring location. Although we are based at a football club, this certainly doesn't mean that only football is played. Our children get acquainted with various sports and mainly exercise outdoors. We offer all kinds of sports and active activities where the children's own input is central. Our pedagogical staff pick up the children from school and safely guide them to our location. We are open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The location accommodates up to 48 children and has been registered in the National Childcare Register since 2018. Safety is our top priority. Children are allowed to play independently on our enclosed outdoor area within the fences. We work according to a clear pedagogical policy based on the goals of Marianne Riksen Walraven. For extra safety, we always have backup support arranged through Campus Columbus who can be on site within 15 minutes in case of emergencies.
