BSO Stormvogel Abt. Ludolfweg/Rietakker

BSO Stormvogel Abt. Ludolfweg/Rietakker is an after-school care facility located in the De Rietakker primary school building at Abt Ludolfweg 109 in De Bilt. Since March 2011, we have been part of childcare organization 't Mereltje, providing care for up to 57 children aged 4 to 12 years. Our after-school care is open Monday through Friday after school hours. We also welcome children on most study days and school holidays. The care takes place in the familiar school building, allowing children to transition directly from their school day to after-school care in a trusted environment. We work closely with the primary school to ensure a smooth transition. We offer a varied program of activities that align with the world of primary school children. Our activities range from sports and games to creative projects and nature education. We utilize the spacious play hall and schoolyard of De Rietakker. Additionally, we regularly organize excursions in the De Bilt area. Our pedagogical policy focuses on children's development in a safe and challenging environment. We believe intensive contact with parents is very important, as parents are the most important people in a growing child's life. Children should be able to play, discover and learn at their own pace and in their own way.
