BSO Sluiskade

BSO Sluiskade is located inside OBS De Sluis at Binnendijk 198 in Lelystad. We provide after-school care for up to 50 children aged 4 to 13 years, divided into three vertical base groups. Our approach is fully child-centred: after school, children first have time to unwind and then choose from a varied range of activities. Our setting offers two classrooms and a central area within the school building. Children also have daily access to a spacious outdoor area; when the weather is nice we go outside to play and move. Fresh fruit is always available and arts-and-crafts sessions are organised regularly, allowing children to participate according to their own interests. The atmosphere is relaxed and homely: qualified staff engage in short conversations with the children, respond promptly to questions and provide personal attention. BSO Sluiskade has been registered in the National Childcare Register since August 2016 and is part of Kidz Ahoy. We are open Monday to Friday, including school holidays. Our goal is for every child to feel safe, seen and challenged, so that parents can work with peace of mind.
