Siemenotje BSO

Welcome to Siemenotje BSO at Tienvoet 2 in Heinenoord, a place where school-age children from 4 to 12 years feel at home every afternoon. We provide after-school care that aligns with school hours and is also open during holidays and study days. Our location accommodates up to 20 children, with a staff-to-child ratio of 10 children per childcare professional (occasionally 11). This ensures a safe and familiar environment where every child receives the attention they deserve. At Siemenotje BSO, movement is central. We have large sports fields where various sports activities are offered daily. Children can choose to join an organized sport or enjoy free play and kick a ball around. There is also plenty of room for relaxation and creative challenges in our garden and playground. We believe it is important that children can unwind after an intensive school day while also discovering new things. Our dedicated team of childcare professionals guides the children with great involvement. They are at least MBO or HBO trained and are ready to give the children a pleasant afternoon. Each child has a fixed mentor who knows the child well and with whom parents have regular contact. We use the parent app ‘Konnect’ to share photos and messages, so parents can also follow along from a distance how their child is experiencing the afternoon. Siemenotje BSO works together with primary schools in the area. We pick up the children after school and bring them to the location on time. We are also open during school holidays and study days. Upon registration at our BSO, a holiday package of six weeks is automatically included, which can optionally be extended to eight or eleven weeks.
