BSO prinses Juliana

BSO Prinses Juliana is located inside Prinses Julianaschool at Snellemanstraat 47 in Rotterdam-Noord. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 and operate in close partnership with the primary school and the on-site toddler care. Our pedagogical staff collect the youngest children directly from their classrooms, while older pupils walk to the BSO room independently. The setting is small-scale, with room for up to 22 children. Outside regular after-school hours we run an inspiring holiday programme. During the summer break we offer BSO Holiday Land: a themed programme packed with sports, games and creative outings. In other school holidays we join forces with BSO De Fontein so that children can enjoy fresh experiences every vacation. Sport and physical activity are central to our care. Children take weekly sports lessons in the school’s own gym, led by the same specialist PE teacher who also teaches the primary school and toddler groups. We also go on regular excursions and spend plenty of time outdoors. Parental involvement is very important to us. We regularly invite parents to take part in joint activities. The site is easily reached by tram lines 4, 6 and 7, and paid parking is available nearby.
