BSO Koningshaven

BSO Koningshaven is a small-scale after-school care facility located within Montessori Kindcentrum Koningshaven at Fatimastraat 24b in Tilburg. We provide care for children attending primary school Koningshaven, aged 4 to 13 years. Our childcare center operates under one unified pedagogical plan based on the educational philosophy of Maria Montessori. We emphasize creating a calm environment, placing trust in the child, parents, and each other, while maintaining a professional approach. Our after-school care is currently undergoing significant development. The building is being completely renovated with an additional floor being constructed. This renovation began in June 2024 and is being delivered in phases. We are creating new outdoor play areas and ensuring a sustainable, child-friendly environment. We expect to be able to offer even more after-school care places for children in the near future. As a small-scale childcare center, we highly value personal contact. We work with small groups, allowing us to closely monitor each child's development. The short communication lines within our team ensure smooth transitions and a familiar environment where children feel safe and secure. We believe in collaboration between professionals, parents, and the community, with the child always at the center of everything we do.
