BSO Jiddo

BSO Jiddo at Geuzingerbrink 70 in Emmen is a welcoming after-school care centre for children aged 4 to 12. Located inside the primary school CBS Het Palet, children simply walk from their classroom to our bright, familiar space at the end of the school day. We also collect children from other schools across Emmen, so every family can enjoy the convenience of one safe location. Our setting is small-scale, with room for up to 35 children. We work in mixed-age groups, allowing siblings to stay together and older children to develop a natural sense of responsibility. The atmosphere is calm and homely: every child is seen and heard. Indoors you will find corners for crafts, construction, reading and quiet games; outdoors we use the school playground for tag, football and plenty of fresh air. During study days and holidays we are open all day and organise extra outings, themed projects and sports activities in the neighbourhood.
