BSO IKC Cadans Berkel

Welcome to BSO IKC Cadans Berkel, part of the integral child center Cadans located at Het Hoge Land 17a in Berkel en Rodenrijs. We provide after-school care for up to 60 children aged 4 to 12 years. Our location has been officially registered since December 19, 2024, and is part of a unique concept where education, childcare and after-school care seamlessly blend together. At IKC Cadans, we believe in continuous child development without artificial boundaries between school and after-school care. Our BSO is fully integrated into the biorhythm model we follow. Children can enjoy a familiar environment after school where they can relax, play and learn. We work with vertical grouping where children of different ages come together, contributing to their social development and learning from each other. Our location at the Sports Park offers excellent opportunities for active activities. We utilize the nearby sports fields and facilities to keep children active. This perfectly aligns with our vision of learning through movement and promoting a healthy lifestyle. The location is easily accessible by bike, car and public transport. The BSO IKC Cadans Berkel team consists of dedicated professionals with expertise in care and development. We all work from one vision, one plan and one team. Communication with parents goes through the Parent app, which keeps you informed about your child's development and allows easy contact with our pedagogical staff. Our opening hours are aligned with school times and offer flexibility for working parents. We are open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for VSO and BSO, and on Wednesday and Friday we provide BSO in the afternoon hours. This aligns with the integral offering of IKC Cadans where children can enjoy a complete program of education, care and activities from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
