BSO Hoekies

BSO Hoekies is a small-scale after-school care facility located at Wolsumerwei 12 in the heart of Wolsum, in the municipality of Súdwest-Fryslân. We provide care for up to 22 children aged 4 to 12. Our goal is to offer children a safe, homely and stimulating place where they can relax, play and discover after school. We operate with a vertical group structure, bringing together children of different ages. This encourages social skills, cooperation and engagement. Our activities are varied and tailored to the children's interests: from arts and crafts and outdoor play to nature and discovery activities. We regularly go on outings in the area and provide space for children's own initiatives. BSO Hoekies is located in a village hall with a spacious garden and playground. We work with one permanent childcare professional, ensuring personal attention for each child. On school days we are open from 12:00 to 18:00, and during holidays and free days from 07:00 to 18:00.
