BSO Het Korfje

BSO Het Korfje in Heerde is a small-scale after-school care location that is part of the childcare organisation Kinderdagverblijf het Korfje. We are located at Eperweg 33w in the HeerderHaegen building, where we provide a welcoming place for up to 10 children aged 4 to 12 after school, on free days and during school holidays. Our BSO room is set up with different play corners filled with age-appropriate materials. Children decide for themselves whether they want to relax with a book or be active with peers. We have a spacious outdoor play area where children can run and play to their heart’s content. The care is flexible: parents drop off and pick up their child within our opening hours of 7.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (extendable to 6.45 a.m.–6.15 p.m.) whenever it suits them, with no minimum hours required. Structure and calm are important to us. We therefore follow a fixed daily routine. Around 12.00 noon we eat bread together and have a drink. Afterwards there is time for free play indoors or outdoors, or an organised activity. At 3.30 p.m. the remaining school children arrive and we share fruit and drinks. Children who wish can join a warm meal at 4.30 p.m.; others receive a healthy snack such as a cracker or rice cake. BSO Het Korfje operates without fixed contract hours: you only pay for the hours you actually use, even during holidays. Childcare allowance is available for those who meet the conditions. In this way we offer a familiar, homely environment where your child feels safe and at home.
