Welcome to Het KinderAtelier van Roesjka Wolking, a homey creative after-school care facility located at Nicolaas Beetslaan 24 in Amstelveen. For over 12 years, this recognized and registered children's center has provided a wonderful place where primary school children from age 4 can express themselves creatively and develop their talents after school and during holidays. In our intimate studio, we work daily with a vertical group of 6 to 8, maximum 10 children. This deliberately small group size ensures plenty of personal and loving attention from Roesjka Wolking, the owner and supervisor of Het KinderAtelier. As a qualified, academically trained first-degree drawing teacher with extensive experience in both education and childcare, she guides the children with passion and professional expertise. Our core activity is visual arts. Children can draw, paint, sculpt and craft to their heart's content with various materials. We introduce them to age-old techniques and materials, with imagination and creativity at the center. The inspiring world of visual arts with all its colors, shapes and stories comes to life. Many parents hear from school that children who regularly attend Het KinderAtelier can draw above average - compliments that the children receive with a smile and which motivate them to continue growing. We provide care after school hours and during school holidays. Parents can go to work, study or spend time on themselves with peace of mind, while their child enjoys a cozy and creative afternoon.
