BSO Emmelhage

BSO Emmelhage is a new, small-scale after-school care facility located at Kindcentrum Emmelhage, Theodoor Karel van Lohuizensingel 6A in Emmeloord. Since 6 May 2025 we provide care for up to 30 children aged 4 to 13. Initially we are open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; with sufficient registrations we will expand to Wednesday and Friday. We are part of Stichting Aves Kinderopvang and work closely with the school teams within the integrated child centre. Our pedagogical staff and teachers form one close-knit team, giving children a familiar and safe continuous development line from primary school through to after-school care. Our BSO is designed as a warm, homely place where children can relax, play and discover after school. We follow the pedagogical work plan “activities with hands, heart and head”. This means we challenge children to be creative, cooperate, move and follow their curiosity. We offer both indoor and outdoor activities, always tailored to the age and interests of the children. For parents this means their children can go straight to a familiar environment after school without extra travel time. Registration is possible via the Aves Kinderopvang website. The location is registered in the National Childcare Register under number 144735556 and is supervised by the GGD Flevoland.
