BSO Eigenwijze

BSO Eigenwijze is part of Kindcentrum Eigenwijze and is located inside the school building at Visserstraat 6A in the centre of Heemskerk. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 in a small-scale, homely environment. Our qualified staff work with vertical groups, allowing children of different ages to play, learn and inspire each other together. Our before-school care starts as early as 7:00 a.m. We share breakfast and ease into the day. When classes begin, we walk the youngest children to their classroom while the older ones go independently. After school, the after-school programme begins. We collect the children from their classrooms and head to our space inside the centre. There is plenty of opportunity to play outside in our own garden and to explore nature. Sports and physical activity are central, but creative and relaxing activities are also on offer. During school holidays we organise a challenging activity programme with themes such as nature, sport and adventure. We use the gym, sports field and the green surroundings of the school. Our location has room for up to 33 children, ensuring every child receives the attention they deserve. Parents appreciate the seamless cooperation between school and care: everything under one roof and with one familiar team.
