BSO De Zaaier

Welcome to BSO De Zaaier, located in primary school De Zaaier at Dorpsweg 117 in Hattem. We provide after-school care for up to 50 children aged 4 to 12 years. Our BSO is part of Kindcentrum De Zaaier, where we work from a Christian identity and believe that every child is loved and unique. We focus on children's free time after school. We offer a homely and safe environment where children can relax after their school day. Our pedagogical staff create an atmosphere where fun and emotional safety are paramount. Children can choose whether to participate in activities or enjoy free play. We offer two fixed moments each afternoon where the group comes together, but participation is never mandatory. Our location features a spacious garden where children can go outside when weather permits. We believe outdoor play is very important and are often found outside. Additionally, we offer creative activities such as crafting and there's always space to read comfortably with a magazine on the couch. We work closely with the teaching staff of primary school De Zaaier. Daily handovers take place between teacher and pedagogical staff, so we know exactly how a child is feeling. Our Christian values and norms are passed on naturally. We say grace before meals and celebrate Christian holidays.
