De Regenboog

BSO de Regenboog is located in Basisschool de Zonheuvel at Burgemeesterpark 29 in Driebergen-Rijsenburg. We provide after-school care for children from approximately group 3 of this primary school. Our spaces are specially designed with age-appropriate challenges that align perfectly with the children's developmental stage and interests. By utilizing various spaces within the school, we create a familiar environment where children quickly feel at home. After school, we start the afternoon with a quiet moment. Children receive something to eat and drink while our pedagogical staff give attention to what's on the children's minds. Then we engage in various challenging indoor and outdoor activities. Sports, nature, and music play a central role in our program. We organize diverse activities where children can gain success experiences at their own pace. Additionally, there's plenty of room for free play and quiet moments for children who need them. We make extensive use of the green surroundings around the school. Besides the school's outdoor play area, we regularly venture into nature. During school holidays, we offer an exciting and cozy activity program. We ensure that familiar staff members are present as much as possible and that children can meet peers of the same age. Each holiday period features a varied offering of play & sports, creative activities, expression, and nature experience activities. Children choose which activities they want to participate in, while always leaving room for their own initiatives and free play.
