BSO De Klimboom

BSO De Klimboom is located within SWS De Klimboom primary school at Hoofdweg 46 in Boerakker. We are a small-scale after-school care facility working in collaboration with Stichting Quadraten, offering care for up to 8 children aged 4 to 12. Our spaces are integrated within the school building, ensuring a smooth transition from school to after-school care. We provide a warm, familiar environment where children can relax after a busy school day. Our care is available after school until 6:00 PM, and we are also open during school study days and holidays, except for the middle two weeks of the summer holiday and the Christmas period. Our activity programme is varied and tailored to the interests of the children. Activities include arts and crafts, cooking, sports and games, as well as quiet time with books or board games. We follow the children's lead and give them the freedom to choose how they want to spend their time. This allows them to unwind and develop at their own pace. We work closely with the school and align our approach with the pedagogical values of SWS De Klimboom. Our staff are professionally trained and provide attention, structure, and a listening ear. Parents are actively involved through Social Schools and are always welcome for a chat or a tour. BSO De Klimboom is a place where children feel safe and welcome after school. A place where they can be themselves, with room for both relaxation and development. We make every afternoon a great experience.
