BSO De Kleine Reus

Welcome to BSO De Kleine Reus, located at Klokkengieterlaan 3a in the Stadshagen district of Zwolle. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 years in close collaboration with De Sprankel primary school, with whom we share the same building. Our Christian identity forms the foundation of our care, where children are given the space to be themselves and develop. Our after-school care consists of 3 age groups with a maximum of 20 children per group. Each group is supervised by 2 pedagogical staff members. The children use the spacious classrooms of De Sprankel primary school, providing a familiar environment after a long school day. Between the two school buildings lies a beautiful outdoor space where children can play football, garden, or build in the outdoor studio. We offer a varied and challenging activity program in our beautifully designed group spaces. There is plenty of room for movement and dance, art activities, but also for simply doing nothing or quietly reading a book. After a long school day, the emphasis is naturally on free time. We pay great attention to talent development, creativity, music, sports, and dance. We contribute to discovering what children are good at and especially enjoy! At De Kleine Reus, children are allowed to be who they are or want to be. We believe in creating a safe and homely environment where children feel at home. Our Christian identity is reflected in the way we interact with each other and the values we pass on to the children.
