BSO De Buitenplaats

Welcome to BSO De Buitenplaats, a brand-new after-school care location run by Stichting Kinderopvang Noordoostpolder (SKN) in Tollebeek. From 1 May 2025 we will welcome up to 22 primary-school children (aged 4-12) in our cosy, small-scale group at Wildzang 16. Being outdoors is at the heart of everything we do: we make grateful use of the wooded surroundings and sports fields to play football, hide-and-seek, build dens and discover nature together. Our pedagogical staff pick up the children on foot from nearby schools; for schools further away we cooperate with (bike) buses or a taxi company so that everyone arrives safely. After school we start calmly with fruit and a whole-grain cracker with healthy toppings. Then the children choose for themselves: join in a sports & games activity, read a book on the sofa, play a board game or romp around outside. During school holidays and study days we join forces with BSO De Tovertuin; every theme brings new, challenging activities and together we turn it into a celebration. We look at each child’s wishes and also provide structure, so that everyone feels at home at De Buitenplaats. Our location is designed as a safe, homely place where personal attention comes first. We know each other, are always there for one another and do it together for the children. Would you like to know more or register your child?
