BSO De Bron

Welcome to BSO De Bron, located in the heart of primary school De Bron at Dr. Kuyperlaan 10 in Barneveld. Since September 2019, we have been providing after-school care with great enthusiasm for children aged 4 to 12. Our small-scale approach ensures personal attention and a familiar atmosphere. We are open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. During school weeks, we welcome children from 2:45 PM to 6:00 PM. During holidays, our doors are open from 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM, except during the construction holiday and the days between Christmas and New Year. On school study days that fall on our BSO days, we offer additional opening hours. Our after-school care is located within the school itself, making the transition from school to childcare familiar and accessible for children. We have a beautiful space and a challenging green playground where children can play wonderfully. The nature playground invites exploration and outdoor adventures. We work in small groups with an average of 20 children per day. To ensure personal attention, we split the group into lower and upper grades during mealtimes and activities. This gives children more responsibility and allows them to help with setting tables, cutting vegetables or filling glasses. Upper grade children can spread and top their own crackers. Our activity program is varied and tailored to the interests and level of the children. We craft, bake, play sports and games together. We regularly go out for excursions. At the beginning of each year, we create a mission statement together with the children: "Young or old, everyone belongs!" and "You're not alone, we're a BSO together!" BSO De Bron is registered in the National Childcare Register under number 299 465 937. We operate under Stichting Koalah and are inspected by the GGD.
