BSO Bouncer

BSO Bouncer is a small-scale, independent after-school care facility located at Capelseweg 120d in Capelle aan den IJssel. Since 2013 we have provided care for children aged 4 to 12 from various neighbourhoods in Capelle. Thanks to our deliberately small size—maximum 25 places—we build close relationships with every child and their parents, so your son or daughter quickly feels safe and at ease with our pedagogical staff. At BSO Bouncer the child comes first. We create an environment where children feel secure and free to be themselves. Our broad activity programme balances relaxation with challenge: think creative arts-and-crafts projects, sports and movement activities in the garden, and natural play areas surrounding the location. We encourage children to try new things, have fun together and appreciate each other’s efforts. Through play they discover potential new hobbies and develop both social and personal skills. Our group leaders respond actively to the needs of the moment and focus on playful experiences. We believe it is important that children spend their free time in a meaningful way, meet other children and learn to deal with differences in background, beliefs and character. BSO Bouncer is open to every child; regardless of background, each child is treated with dignity and respect. We see this diversity as an enrichment that makes children more aware of their own identity.
