BSO Berglaren

Welcome to BSO Berglaren, our welcoming after-school care centre located at Groeskuilenstraat 32 in Gemert. We are part of Kindcentrum Berglaren, a unique child centre where childcare and primary education blend seamlessly. Our BSO offers 48 places for children aged 4 to 12, divided into two base groups that operate right inside the primary school building. This means your child never has to travel far when the school day ends. We believe that a child’s free time should really feel free. Throughout the year we provide a familiar, relaxed place where children can simply be themselves: before school, after school and during every school holiday. Our professional staff guide an inspiring activity programme called GOO For Fun and Doen Kids. Children can explore cooking, sports, arts, technology, nature, music and dance, always choosing what sparks their interest. After a busy day at school there is plenty of space to unwind. Cosy corners invite children to read, play board games or just day-dream. Older pupils can receive homework support, so evenings at home stay truly family time. During holidays we organise special excursions and themed days—think nature treasure hunts, sports tournaments or creative workshops. Outdoor play takes place on the spacious school playground. We also have access to the school’s play hall, crafts room and auditorium, guaranteeing variety and movement every day. On regular school days we are open from the end of school until 18:30. During holidays we offer full-day care. For an additional fee you can also book early-morning care starting at 07:00. We offer two clear packages: year-round care or term-time care only, so you can choose what suits your family best.
