BSO Benjamin

Welcome to BSO Benjamin, the Christian after-school care at Johannes Calvijnschool in Gouda! We provide a warm, small-scale environment where children aged 4 to 13 feel at home after school. Our BSO is located at Dreef 200 in Gouda and works closely with Johannes Calvijnschool. We personally pick up children from grades 1 and 2 from their classrooms, while older children from grades 3 to 8 come to our location independently. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, our doors are open from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM for a cozy after-school time. During school holidays, we are open all day from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, ensuring parents have reliable childcare during vacation periods. We believe it's important that every child can relax and develop in a familiar environment. Our pedagogical staff offer a varied and challenging program, alternating between play, sports activities and creative pursuits. At BSO Benjamin, small-scale and coziness are central. We create a warm atmosphere where children can play, relax and develop at their own pace. Through our app, we keep parents informed about their child's daily experiences. As Christian childcare, we find it important that children learn to pray, hear Bible stories and sing Christian songs. In a natural way, home and childcare reinforce each other in these values.
