BSO Albatros

Welcome to BSO Albatros, located on the ground floor of primary school De Albatros at Van Gendtstraat 2 in Dordrecht. We provide after-school care for up to 26 children aged 4 to 13. Because we are literally inside the school, children step straight into our familiar environment as soon as classes finish. Our bright, welcoming indoor area opens onto the schoolyard and is arranged with age-specific themed corners such as a reading nook and a construction zone. In the afternoons we may also use the pre-school playroom and all its resources. The large, green and fully fenced schoolyard offers plenty of space to run, play and organise outdoor activities. We are supported by a stable, enthusiastic team that is highly skilled in guiding school-age children. We are open every weekday from the end of school until 18:30; on study days and during school holidays we welcome children from 8:00. Holiday care for children aged 4-9 takes place at BSO de Jungle, while older children can attend our dedicated 9+ locations. Parents choose BSO Albatros for its unique location inside the school, its small scale and the personal attention we can provide. Through the Konnect app we share daily photos, reports and news so that you, as a parent, stay involved in your child’s experiences. We also hold annual parent meetings and organise information and activity sessions to follow your child’s development together.
