BSO Ababil

BSO Ababil is part of Kindcentrum Academia and provides after-school care for up to 42 children aged 4 to 13. We are located on the grounds of IBS Ababil at Dr Kuyperlaan 12 in Schiedam, ensuring a smooth and safe transition from school to after-school care. Our focus is on fun and relaxation. Children are free to choose their own activities: playing freely in our homely group spaces or joining one of our many organised activities. Every day we offer a varied programme that allows children to gain new experiences. This includes sports and movement, creative activities such as crafts or cooking, building huts in the garden, designing a race track, playing board games or simply reading a book. To enrich our programme, we regularly participate in workshops such as ‘De Natuurklas’, ‘Sporttalent’ and ‘Technieklessen’. We also organise outings to places like Diergaarde Blijdorp or the petting zoo. Our qualified pedagogical staff guide the children with care and attention, ensuring every child feels safe and valued. We work closely with IBS Ababil, IBS El Furkan and IBS De Kubus. Parents can choose care before school (VSO), after school (NSO), during holidays or a combination thereof. Our location has been registered in the National Childcare Register since 23 May 2025 under number 260752204.
